🧑💻 What PrepJam does
PrepJam offers technology and content for interactive exercises as a service.
As a facilitator, you can edit content and share it with participants during exercises.
Participants who join your exercise can engage anonymously with your content.
📚 What you can do
Services are licensed to you according to your account’s current subscription.
Our standard subscriptions are intended for use inside your own company.
Would you like to use PrepJam for commercial purposes, reach out for a partner license.
If you’re using PrepJam at open events, we’d love to hear about it and spread the word!
📄 Content and rights
Content is intended to be helpful and accurate, but we can’t guarantee perfection.
You are free to adapt our content for use inside PrepJam, and to create your own.
Rights to content you create remain with you, we will just display it as you specify.
🔑 Your user account
Provide accurate info when creating an account, and update it if something changes.
Your account is personal, so don’t share your login details with anyone.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
💳 Payments and refunds
Paid features are clearly marked and require a payment method to be authorized.
Subscriptions must be cancelled before a new payment term starts to avoid charge.
We don’t give refunds for services which are already consumed.
🚦 What you cannot do
Do not do anything illegal using our services; we provide PrepJam to do good.
Do not input content you don’t have rights to, or which is harmful or offensive.
Do not try to disrupt our service, or hack it without our written permission.
❌ Ending our relationship
You can request to close your account by cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or close your account for violating our rules.
Downgrading your subscription will delete content beyond included features.

Services are provided “as-is”, with a license to use technology and content.
We do our best, but cannot guarantee services to always be available and error-free.
💡 Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to what you have paid for using our services.

Our services are continuously updated, and we always welcome feedback.
The legal terms for PrepJam may also change from time to time.
Your continued use of services means you accept our terms.
